  I would give this place a 4 star but considering that the nurse Helena is extremely unprofessional. My daughter is 16 months old and is a cardiac patient so we take any symptoms of anything very seriously. I had brought her into the office in Hudson for injections. Helena administered them. I Asked Helena "where are your gloves" and she responded with "I don't need to where gloves" (very snotty tone) As she is right, it is not OSHAA standards but me asking should inform her that I as the parent, is more comfortable with gloves on when handling my daughter.She should of stopped and asked if I would like her to wear them, but instead continued on without them. She also replied with "you could of said something", she is very unprofessional. I am in the medical field myself as a Medical Assistant, so yes, I observe anyone doing anything to my daughter, Helena didn't wear gloves, was very much in a hurry and did the injections in such a rush, and didn't massage the areas where the shots were injected. So now my daughter has both thighs swelled out about 3-4 inches from original size with bruising and warm red rashes and a fever as well as not keeping a single thing down. So I called to talk to an on call nurse regarding my daughters situation and it ended up being Helena so I did ask why did she not wear gloves after I asked and she was silent, I asked her why she didn't massage the area after injecting and she stated that she did and I told her I watched her every move and she did not, so she got very rude and unprofessional saying she is old enough to be my mom and has been a nurse for 17 years, so we went back and forth and I told her she is unprofessional and all I want to do is get my daughter in so she can get better but I do not want her to be my daughters nurse again. she went on being more rude and set the appointment. All of this could of been avoided if Ms. Helena would have been professional as expected. i would like to say Dr. Petrelli is awesome with my daughter and makes sure every thing is taken care of and understood!

  the workers are awful here, rudest I have come across in a while. They are too busy to help you, they ignore you when you are there. Even if you just come in for a quick thing it still takes forever, slow, sloppy, rude service.

  Strictly business no personal rapport. I prefer to have a good rapport as I have had for decades with my previous primary doctors up north.
  Unfortunately stuck here due to already scheduled specialist visits in process.
  The front desk has much to be desired. First initial visit I forgot to fill out a few questions. Instead of professionalism I received an eye roll.
  My nurse and office personnel are on the ball. The doctor refuses to fill out insurance forms. That buck is passed to your specialist.
  Ask a lot of questions before you choose this provider. Stupid me! I just assumed all primary doctors were your central hub for most your needs.
  I worked hard all my life as to not be treated like a welfare recipient!
  Already can't wait until next years open enrollment.
  Shame on Careplus and medicare to use this health care provider with the promise of hope and fulfillment under their plans!
  If the disease you have don't kill you, waiting a week or more for referrals will!
