  This is Franks Diners new location. As they have just moved I am hoping things will improve.
  The Breakfast Buffet was lukewarm at best. Always near out of eggs, cold greasy bacon, no breads or toast, no juices or drinks.
  I hive the buffet a failing grade. Hopefully that will improve as its something not previously offered.
  The.breakfast menu is much better. Coomed to order and hot. Not fancy, just good.
