  Negative fifty stars. Heartless, disconnected water after under mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Irma. Wasn't even in the state due to no power. I usually have money on account there so I don't have to pay their unreasonable time frame to pay. Can't pay by phone, can't pay online. Can't pay by any kind of plastic. This company is not held accountable by anyone. They are a tyrannical company that we supposedly own. The good old boys club reigns supreme in Pasco County. We have no other choice, and the water sucks too.

  Deserve no stars. This is a corrupt enterprise that is rampant with nepotism. Half the time the water wreaks of chlorine so strong, they have to be covering up a health hazard the public should know about. Their billing practices are very shady and should be investigated as well. My payment through my bank was ON TIME according to bank records, yet they are charging me a late fee. This whole company should be investigated by the state and shut down, as well as their partners in crime, Ni Florida, LLC.

  What a bunch of asshats my bill went from 30.00 to 947.00 and they refuse to even make payment arrangements she says your toilet is probably leaking thats outragous who has that kind of money laying around.
